  1. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and coffee; mix well.
  2. Beat in flour, soda, and spices.
  3. Fold in raisins, nuts, apples, cherries, pineapple, and rum.
  4. Pour batter into a greased Bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  6. Cool and dust with powdered sugar or frost with buttercream frosting.
