  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream together oil and sugar. Add eggs and beat well.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and mix into the batter.
  4. Stir in apples, vanilla, and nuts.
  5. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake for 1 hour.
