FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
  2. Combine sugar, flour, and baking soda in a mixer. Add the fruit cocktail juice and eggs, and mix well.
  3. Fold in the fruit and pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle nuts and brown sugar over the top.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, testing for doneness.
  5. For topping, boil Pet milk, margarine, and sugar for 8–10 minutes until slightly thickened. Pour over the warm cake.
