  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all cake ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Pour batter into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 30–35 minutes.
  4. For frosting, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, margarine, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Frost the cake while still warm and sprinkle walnuts on top. Refrigerate before serving.
