PISTACHIO CAKE

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a Bundt or angel food pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, oil, water, and eggs. Mix for 2 minutes.
  3. Add vanilla or preferred flavoring and mix well.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Cool in the oven with the door open for 10 minutes. Invert onto a plate to cool completely.
  6. Sift powdered sugar over the cooled cake before serving.
