  1. Bake the cake as directed and let cool completely.
  2. For the cream topping, cook flour and milk until thick. Cool.
  3. Cream together sugar, Crisco, and margarine. Add the cooled mixture and beat for 10 minutes. Spread on the cooled cake.
  4. For the glaze, melt margarine and chocolate, then cool. Beat egg, powdered sugar, vanilla, and hot water together. Add the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. Spread the glaze over the cream topping.
