MERINGUE COOKIES

Instructions:

  1. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in nuts and chocolate bits.
  3. Drop by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Place in a preheated 350°F oven, count to 30, and turn off the oven.
  5. Leave in the oven overnight.
