MOCHA FROSTED DROPS

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Melt shortening and unsweetened chocolate together; cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in brown sugar. Beat in the egg, vanilla, and buttermilk.
  4. Stir in flour gradually until combined. Add walnuts and chocolate pieces.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  7. Frost with Mocha Frosting.
