OATMEAL CRISPS

Instructions:

  1. Cream butter, margarine, and sugar together.
  2. Add oats and flour; mix well. Chill for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Drop by 1/2 teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  4. Flatten slightly with a juice glass wrapped in a moistened cloth.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes.
  6. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
