PECAN PUFFS

Instructions:

  1. Cream butter until soft. Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
  2. Blend in nuts and gradually add flour.
  3. Stir in vanilla. Roll into small balls.
  4. Bake at 300°F for about 45 minutes.
  5. Roll in confectioners' sugar while hot, then again when cool.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
