POLISH ANGEL WINGS

Instructions:

  1. Cream butter and powdered sugar.
  2. Add beaten egg yolks and milk slowly.
  3. Mix in flour and salt. Stir in vanilla and brandy.
  4. Add more flour if needed to roll out dough.
  5. Roll thinly and cut into 1 1/2-inch rectangles.
  6. Cut a slit in the center and fold the ends to form wings.
  7. Fry in oil until light brown.
  8. Roll in powdered sugar.
