  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Place peaches in a 10x6x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle oat mixture over the top.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until peaches are tender.
