  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream flour and oleo together. Add nuts and mix well. Press into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes and cool.
  3. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/3 of the Cool Whip until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
  4. Beat pudding mix with milk and lemon juice until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Chill before serving.
