PISTACHIO DESSERT

Ingredients:

• 1 small box pistachio pudding mix (dry)
• 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 large container Cool Whip
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix dry pudding mix with crushed pineapple (including juice).
2. Fold in Cool Whip and marshmallows.
3. Spread in a 9x12-inch or square dish. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
