  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a 16-ounce casserole.
  2. Stir in water.
  3. Bake, covered, at 350°F for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  4. Alternatively, microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, then let stand for 5 minutes.
