ALMOND BARK CANDY

Ingredients:

• 1 1/6 lb. white almond bark
• 1 1/6 cups mini marshmallows
• 1 1/6 cups Rice Chex
• 1 cup Spanish peanuts
• 1 1/6 cups Special K

Instructions:

1. Melt almond bark in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
2. In a large pan, mix marshmallows, Rice Chex, Special K, and peanuts.
3. Pour melted bark over the mixture and stir to combine.
4. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper. Chill until firm.
5. Store in an airtight container.
