BUCKEYES

Ingredients:

• 2 cups peanut butter
• 1 1/6 lb. confectioners' sugar
• 2 sticks butter, softened
• 2 tablespoons vanilla

Glaze:

• 1 large bag semi-sweet chocolate bits
• 1/6 bar German's chocolate
• 1/6 slab paraffin (for shine)

Instructions:

1. Combine peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, butter, and vanilla. Roll into balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
2. Refrigerate while preparing the glaze.
3. Melt glaze ingredients in a double boiler until smooth.
4. Using a toothpick, dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate, leaving the tops uncovered.
5. Place on wax paper to set. Makes approximately 100 candies.
