APPLE BUTTER

Ingredients:

• 12 cups applesauce
• 6 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 3/4 teaspoon allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Combine all ingredients in a closed roaster and cook for 3 hours.
3. Transfer to jars. Makes approximately 6 pints.
