FROZEN STRAWBERRY JAM

Ingredients:

• 2 cups mashed strawberries
• 4 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup Certo (or 1/2 bottle)

Instructions:

1. Stir mashed strawberries, sugar, and Certo together for 2–3 minutes.
2. Transfer to jars and let sit at room temperature for 24–36 hours.
3. Freeze for storage.
