CHICKEN AND RICE

Instructions:

  1. Mix soup and milk, reserving 1/2 cup. Combine remaining soup mixture with rice, mushrooms, and 1 1/4 packages of onion soup mix. Spread in a 10x10x2-inch glass dish. Cover with waxed paper.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
  3. Place chicken breasts on the rice mixture and pour reserved soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining onion soup mix.
  4. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on HIGH for 15–18 minutes, turning chicken over 1–2 times during cooking.
