BBQ HAMBURGERS

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a skillet. Add onion and green pepper, cooking slowly for 2 minutes.
  2. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and catsup. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Shape ground round into patties and cook as desired. Serve with sauce between split toasted hamburger buns.
  4. Makes 6–8 servings.
