Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 3 days.
  2. On the fourth day, divide mixture into 4 logs. Place logs on a broiler pan.
  3. Bake at 150°F for 10 hours, 175°F for 8 hours, or 200°F for 6 hours, turning halfway through.
  4. Cool completely. Freeze for up to 3 months or refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
