  1. Pop the corn and place in a large bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, and Karo syrup. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn and mix well.
  4. Spread onto two large cookie sheets. Bake at 225–250°F for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
