Instructions:

  1. Simmer liver in water until firm. Grind the liver with the onions.
  2. Combine the ground mixture with the egg, cracker crumbs, salt, and hot water.
  3. Shape into 6 patties.
  4. Pan-fry in hot bacon fat until browned on both sides. Makes 6 servings.
