ONION RINGS

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour and beer in a bowl. Let the batter stand at room temperature, covered, for at least 3 hours.
  2. Dip onion rings into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  3. To freeze: Arrange on a jelly roll pan and freeze. Transfer to plastic bags once frozen.
  4. To reheat: Bake frozen onion rings in a preheated 400°F oven for 4–6 minutes.
