LITTLE REUBENS

Ingredients:

• 1 can corned beef hash
• 6 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
• 1 can sauerkraut
• 2/3 loaf party rye bread

Instructions:

1. Place a small amount of corned beef hash on each slice of party rye.
2. Top with a little sauerkraut and a piece of Swiss cheese.
3. Broil until the cheese melts.
