LIVER SAUSAGE BON BONS

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Mash liver sausage with a fork.
  2. Add bacon, chives or onion, and olives. Mix well and shape into small balls.
  3. Dip balls into evaporated milk, then roll in bread crumbs.
  4. Fry in preheated shortening at 375 degrees for about 2 minutes until brown.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve hot in little paper bonbon cases and sprinkle with parsley.
