  1. Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain excess grease.
  2. Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes and melt it with the sausage in the skillet.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the melted cheese and sausage with Cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and mayonnaise.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. Spread the mixture on party rye bread.
  6. Freeze for approximately 2 hours.
  7. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Makes approximately 40 snacks.
