  1. Melt the Cheddar cheese in a double boiler.
  2. In a large bowl, mix uncooked sausage, melted cheese, and Bisquick together until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  5. Can be frozen for later use.
