SPINACH BALLS

Instructions:

  1. Thaw the spinach and squeeze out all the water.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, Parmesan cheese, herb stuffing, margarine, onions, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls.
  5. Freeze the balls.
  6. Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes.
