SWEDISH MEATBALLS

Ingredients:

• 2 lb. ground chuck
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/3 cup dried, chopped parsley
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 2 eggs

Sauce:

• 14 oz. bottle catsup
• 1 tablespoon grape jelly

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Form the mixture into balls the size of walnuts.
3. Simmer the meatballs in the sauce for 30 minutes.
