SWEDISH MEATBALLS

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup Mogan David blackberry wine
• 1/4 cup evaporated milk
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon chopped onion
• 1 egg

Sauce:

• 1/2 cup cooking sherry
• 1/2 cup catsup
• 1/4 teaspoon oregano
• Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and brown in butter. Pour off the butter.
3. Simmer the meatballs in the sauce for 20 minutes or longer.
