APRICOT COOLER

Ingredients:

• Ice cubes
• 12 tablespoons (3/4 cup) Liquore Galliano
• 6 cups apricot nectar
• 6 lime wedges

Instructions:

1. Fill 6 tall glasses with ice.
2. In each glass, stir in 1 cup of apricot nectar and 2 tablespoons of Galliano.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
4. Serves 6.
