GRAPE WINE

Ingredients:

• 40 oz. Welch's unsweetened grape juice
• 6 cups warm water
• 4 cups sugar
• 1/4 cake yeast, mashed

Instructions:

1. Mix the grape juice, sugar, and warm water in a gallon glass jug.
2. Drop the mashed yeast on top of the mixture (do not mix the yeast in).
3. Put a balloon on top of the jug.
4. Let it stand for about 28 days.
5. Makes about 3 quarts.
