BEER BREAD

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. If using regular flour, mix with 2 tablespoons baking powder and 2 teaspoons salt.
  2. Mix the flour and sugar together in a bowl.
  3. Add the beer and egg all at once and stir until combined. You may need to knead the last of the flour with your hands.
  4. Place the mixture in a greased 9x5 inch bread pan.
  5. Bake at 375°F for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan immediately after baking.
