  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
  2. Beat in half the flour; add salt, oil, and remaining flour. Mix well.
  3. Knead until smooth, adding more flour if needed.
  4. Place in a lightly oiled bowl, turning the dough to oil the top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled.
  5. Divide the dough in half and form into circles.
  6. Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes.
