BEEF BALLS STROGANOFF

Instructions:

  1. Combine ground beef, wheat germ, eggs, 1/2 cup sour cream, onion, salt, and 1 tablespoon steak sauce. Mix until well blended.
  2. Shape into 1-inch balls and brown in a frying pan. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add remaining steak sauce to the drippings, return meatballs to the pan, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, stir 1/4 cup hot sauce into the remaining sour cream. Stir back into the sauce. Heat slowly until just hot.
  5. Serve meatballs topped with sauce.
