TWIN MUFFINS

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup Crisco
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 5 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 cup milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream Crisco and sugar together well.
3. Add the egg and beat.
4. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the cream mixture alternately with the milk.
6. Pour into well-greased muffin tins (for 8 large muffins).
7. Bake for 30 minutes.
