  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom only of a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  2. Beat all ingredients on low speed, scraping the bowl constantly for 30 seconds.
  3. Beat on medium speed, scraping the bowl constantly for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes; then remove and cool completely before icing. Store in the refrigerator.
