CHINESE NOODLE CASSEROLE

Instructions:

  1. Brown the ground meat in a large skillet. Add onions and sauté until tender.
  2. Stir in diced celery, water chestnuts, cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup, soy sauce, and rice. Mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  4. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Top each serving with Chow Mein noodles.
