INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI

Instructions:

  1. Brown the ground chuck with chopped onion and garlic. Drain.
  2. Reserve spinach liquid and add water to make 1 cup.
  3. Stir the liquid into the Ragu sauce. Add mushrooms, tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Combine the spinach, cooked macaroni, bread crumbs, and sharp Cheddar cheese. Stir in the beaten eggs.
  5. Spread this mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour the meat sauce on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
