MEATBALL CASSEROLE

  1. Break the eggs into a large mixing bowl and beat.
  2. Add milk, ground beef, green pepper, onion, rice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into about 16 meatballs and toss them in soft bread crumbs.
  4. Brown the meatballs in hot fat in a skillet.
  5. Transfer the meatballs to a covered baking dish. Pour the tomato soup mixed with water over the meatballs.
  6. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
