MEAT LOAF

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, crushed corn flakes, onion flakes, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes.
  3. Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, mix catsup, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and nutmeg. Heat until combined.
  5. Add half the sauce to the meat loaf and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Spoon remaining sauce over the meatloaf after 40 minutes of baking.
