Instructions:

  1. Have the butcher run the flank steak through a cuber.
  2. Cut the flank steak lengthwise into 4 strips.
  3. Fry the bacon slightly.
  4. Sprinkle fresh ground pepper over the flank steak.
  5. Lay 1 piece of bacon on each strip of steak and place 1 quarter of onion on each.
  6. Roll up each strip and secure with toothpicks.
  7. Place the rolled meat on a rack in a baking pan.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
