PEPPER STEAK

Instructions:

  1. Brown steak strips, onions, peppers, and garlic powder in margarine. Remove from the pan.
  2. In the remaining liquid, add tomato paste, dissolved beef cubes, cornstarch mixture, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Return the steak, onions, and peppers to the sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice or pasta.
