GREEK STYLE BLADE STEAKS

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine lemon juice, water, oil, sugar, salt, thyme, and garlic powder. Simmer for 5 minutes, then cool.
  2. Place steaks in a dish or bag and pour marinade over them. Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight, turning once.
  3. Remove steaks and place on a broiler rack, 4 inches from heat.
  4. Broil for 7-10 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with marinade.
