STUFFED STEAK

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Pound or score the steak. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and flour.
  3. Spread bread dressing evenly over the steak. Roll up and secure with toothpicks or skewers.
  4. Brown the steak in a little fat in a baking pan.
  5. Add 1 cup boiling water, cover, and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
  6. Thicken pan liquid for gravy and serve.
