  1. Marinate steak strips in oil for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  2. Brown the marinated steak in a skillet. Add sliced onions, green onions, and celery. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add spinach, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, mushrooms, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir well.
  4. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
