SHISH KEBAB WITH SEASONED RICE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare rice according to package directions, omitting margarine.
  3. Combine cooked rice, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, and mushrooms. Toss lightly. Spoon into a 10x6 inch baking dish.
  4. Alternate meat, tomatoes, and green pepper on skewers; place over rice.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes, turning the kebabs once.
  6. Combine remaining mayonnaise, parsley, onion, milk, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Serve over kebabs.
