Instructions:

  1. Brown beef in butter in a large kettle. Add onion and green pepper; sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add tomato soup, water, corn, kidney beans, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Mix well.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in pimiento, olives, macaroni, and green beans. Heat for 5 minutes.
